Attending physical and/or speech therapy is an important part of your recovery process.  The team at Impulse Rehab and Wellness understands that situations arise.  We ask that if it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment, please notify us immediately at 708-223-8011.

If you do not call or do not show for therapy for two sessions in a row, you will be notified of your future appointments.  Further missed appointments may result in being discharged from therapy.

As we value individualized care and strive to provide one-on-one treatments, please show up on time to your appointments, allowing ample time to park.
