MEDITATION&
MINDFULNESS
Led by Dr. Rachel Welbel, MD
This class will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness and meditation. Dr. Welbel will discuss the importance of diaphragmatic breathing and instruct the group on proper breathing techniques. She will also guide you through a series of progressive muscle relaxation and meditation.
